Greetings,
IGÇÖve decided to pop-in again and see what the EVE DevGÇÖs have created since I was last active. Seeing as I am a more of an annual participant in the game IGÇÖm going a little larger than I have in the past with this current Nemi-Mini bond at 5,000,000,000.00 isk @ 7.5% to adjust for inflation within the EVE economy.
I am the original account owner and can honestly say I thoroughly enjoy the ability to jump in and out of the game utilizing the Market Discussions bond market capital to fund my month long incursions into the current version of the game.
As always as for any reason the bond becomes insolvent or unprofitable I will before the maturity date sell personal assets to repay the promise of the bond offering. Assets include an Obelisk, Thanatos and Orca. (point being I got enough to cover your investment).
I offer 10 shares @ 500,000,000.00 each @ 7.5% (they should under historical circumstances move quickly) Each share should mature at 37.5million isk.

Each share holder will receive an update 10 days apart with the final update resulting in the bond maturity payment in full.

I hadn't ever had to front any asset for collateral before. Maybe we could come up with something, for now I think I'm going to price the #7 bond within the the range I have traditionally. Usually 1 or 2 people buy it out but its more fun if more for me when a handful of people get to participate.
With that being said I'm going to revise the Bond to 1.5 billion and temper my ambitions this time around. |

yikes I never thought it would go this long with such low activity. In a last effort to save what I consider my "gameplay" (I only do this for the fun of it).
I'm raising the payout to 12.5% from 7.5% (AA you will get bumped as well)
This version of MD feels like an entirely different planet. |

This is your first update concerning the Nemi-mini Bond #7. Upon securing the initial payment of 1.5 billion isk August 26th, 2014 a series of buy orders dealing exclusively in Gallente Weaponry were placed and traded over the past 10 days. (Yes, this time around Nemi is strictly a Gallente arms dealer!).
Along with using isk not currently tied up in escrow collateral was secured to run various courier contracts between major trade hubs.
At this time between open sell orders, escrow and cash on hand this bonds current projected profitability to date is between 110mil to 120mil isk.
I fully expect to reach the bondGÇÖs promised maturity of 187.5million isk this upcoming weekend.

Currently trading and courier missions have been quite profitable these past 10 days. I'm happy to report the bond maturity offering has been met and exceeded. I'm currently at this point working on my current "share" of the profit utilizing your initial investment.

Greetings,
This is your third and final update for the Nemi-Mini Bond #7, IGÇÖm happy to report the bond has been successful and you should receive your initial investment of $1,500,000,000.00isk along with your $187,500,000.00 maturity payment.
From the beginning of the bond I decided to introduce a set of GÇÿrulesGÇÖ to make the gameplay a little more interesting than just regular trading. This time around Nemi Lethal took on the persona of a Gallente weapons dealer focusing exclusively on Hybrid Blasters and Rail Guns. (Why would anyone use anything else?)
This approach was fun and profitable as the exclusive insight in such a specific product allowed for some interesting trade opportunities. This is the first time IGÇÖve done this.
Also this bond relied heavily on using excess isk currently not in escrow to fund courier missions as weapon orders were being filled.
In the end, you made money, I made money but more importantly this bond only re-affirmed for me the love I truly have for eve. It is the longest game I have ever continued to play in my entire life going on 10 years.
